Yes, we can customize jewelry with photos of multiple pets. However, too many pets may affect the quality of the engraving, so we recommend dedicating one piece of jewelry to each pet for the best results.

We process your order within 1 to 2 business days. To ensure the highest quality, production typically takes 3-4 weeks. Shipping times vary based on your location. The entire process typically takes 4-5 weeks depending on the shipping destination.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. But due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns on customized product unless there is a defect or error in the order. We want you to be 100% happy with your order, so please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item if there is an issue, and we will do our best to resolve it.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if production has not yet begun. However, once the production process has started, we may not be able to change or cancel the order.
